Essence

What is the essence of life?

After seen a discussion about it with terminal disease patients on tv, and I heard the same conclusion from a good wise korean friend from decades ago... I agree, the best answear I have ever heard: Life is "now" being with beloved family and friends.

Indeed my family is in my life the most important! as well the right of natural environment existence to all animal life!

To the essence of life in 2020 !!!
