Cowspiracy & Seaspiracy...

We are used to consume food without much thinking of all the lifes we eat... vegetables, insects, animals, fishes... we prefer to not know it... or there wasn't enough information about it. Partly, we know that biologic products are better without toxic pesticides damaging nature, water, soil, ecosystem, but more expensive, thus only elite may buy it. I knew that we better consume less meat and fish, but not how extensive suffering there is in the process.

I saw this 2 documentaries, Cowspiracy and Seaspiracy, an eye opener. I feel sad, angry that we are kept so blind of all what we consume, without knowing how much pain is involved in the products we use.

Since short I became lid from Peta organization, via them I learn how much animals suffer cruelty from cosmetic, mode, farmaceutic industries, universities, scientific studies, probably a tiny part of it... my contribution is to add my name to their petitions, but if everyone does it we can reallly change things.

Plastics! I thought was ok to use if I throw it in the recycle. Unfortunatly, since short there is not any more plastic recycle containers, they took it away with the explanation that plastics can be selected from the normal garbage collect. But via another documentary "De vuilnisman" (The garbageman) I came to know that 20% of the plastic is recycled, because most of them are dirty... and from the recycled plastic not all are reused... because companies find it not good enough... Now I decided to separate plastic garbage clean apart, and than throw it in the normal garbage container. But it fells crazy... I do recycle garbage all longer than 30 years... to learn that not all are recycled... discouraging some moments... but I will keep doing what I can.

What for organization is in this whole way of living?

Politic is not a bad idea, but the most politicians with the power are not to trust... they work for the benefit of themselves and of the multinational companies instead of the planet & people. Where are the wise politicians???

Basic income for everyone could change irrational destruction around for any cost.

Our power is the "conscious consume" and to "consume less", do not waste, to make green compost, to stop buying products with plastic packages, plastic products, use more glass bottled food, go to the market and bring own bags to pack, to recycle clothes, to use biologic products as much as possible. To stop buying from bad environment and people companies, such as Shell, Nestle, coca cola, fish, can products, to stop using medicaments as much as possible and instead to use natural herbs. To stop buying toxic chemicals products that are in the most shampoo's, cosmetics, cleaning products, matrasses, textiles, everywhere.... To get better informed about what we buy before doing it. If we want to live well in peace with all our neighbours. To be aware, grateful to all this food, in this wonderful planet! to research and learn more about all living species while we can, to get wiser. To realize how fortunate we are instead of killing all.
